There are nether organizations without of people nor people, who wouldn’t interact with organizations.

 Understanding the essence of organizations and the patterns of their development is a prerequisite for acquiring the skills of managing organizations, effectively using their potential, mastering modern technologies of their activities, i.e. those essential skills that should be inherent in a modern manager.

Why are organizations necessary? How are they created and developed? On what principles are they built? Why and how do they change? What opportunities open up?
