Organizations significantly affect a person throughout his life, while there is over here where his activities are carried out, they are associated with the main diverse changes occurring in his life. There are nether organizations without of people nor people, who wouldn’t interact with organizations.

 Understanding the essence of organizations and the patterns of their development is a prerequisite for acquiring the skills of managing organizations, effectively using their potential, mastering modern technologies of their activities, i.e. those essential skills that should be inherent in a modern manager.

Why are organizations necessary? How are they created and developed? On what principles are they built? Why and how do they change? What opportunities open up?
