History of International Relations (Assoc. Prof. Ibrahim Muradov)

This course provides a broad range of history of international relations from ancient times to the 21st century. It explores the various civilizations throughout world history in order to familiarize students with empirical knowledge about international relations. The course particularly pays attention to the rise of European civilization and its impact on international relations. It is intended to enrich students’ understanding of international relations and think critically about the relations between history and international relations.
